Housing Supervisor

About the role

JW Marriott is hiring a Housing Supervisor in Doha (Area 61, Al Dafna) to supervise the day-to-day operations of employee accommodation facilities. The position is full time and non-management, and covers compliance with company housing standards, maintenance coordination, resident relations and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor room occupancy, allocation and employee movement; conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, kitchens and recreational facilities for cleanliness, safety and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate accommodation records, including occupancy lists, room assignments, check-in/out records and housing databases.
• Coordinate room allocations for new joiners, transfers and departures, and prepare periodic housing reports and occupancy statistics.
• Follow up on maintenance requests with Engineering and Maintenance teams, report structural, electrical, plumbing or safety issues, and verify utilities such as water, air conditioning, lighting and fire safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local regulations, support emergency preparedness, and coordinate with security personnel.
• Supervise housekeeping, monitor laundry and cleaning schedules, run hygiene audits, and act as the main point of contact for resident complaints and disciplinary issues.
• Support employee welfare and recreational activities, and coordinate external service providers such as housekeeping, pest control, waste management, catering and maintenance.
• Monitor accommodation assets, conduct inventory checks, assist in expense monitoring and support budget planning and procurement.
• Assist HR and Administration on accommodation matters, take part in accommodation audits, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 4 years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
