HR Business Partner

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Doha, Qatar, within its Human Resources department. The role aligns business objectives with employees and management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment aligned with client or business needs, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
• Advise on HR policies, performance management, employee relations and talent development.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Lead and support HR initiatives such as engagement, diversity and inclusion and culture building.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver HR services smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
