HR Generalist – Recruitment & Administration

About the role

The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources department in Qatar by handling recruitment activities, maintaining employee documentation, and coordinating daily office operations. This position works closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
• Maintain accurate employee files, both physical and electronic, and manage HR documentation such as contracts, certificates, and letters.
• Support HR administration tasks, including probation tracking, data updates, and preparation of HR reports and trackers.
• Provide general HR support, prepare spreadsheets, and handle internal communications regarding HR matters.
• Coordinate HR meetings, interviews, and employee activities, and perform office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment or administration.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
