HR Manager – Lead People Operations

About the role

Our client, a well‑established organization, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support continued growth. You will partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations and develop HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisal cycles.
• Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and learning & development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Control HR budgets, monitor departmental performance, and support organizational change projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) – advantageous.
