HR Systems Implementation Manager

About the role

The HR Systems Implementation Manager will lead the design, upgrade and governance of HR technology solutions across the Group. Working closely with IT and business stakeholders, you will ensure Oracle HRMS and related systems operate efficiently, securely and support the organization’s strategic HR objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support and troubleshoot Oracle HRMS and related HR systems for global staff.
• Partner with IT to lead Oracle HRMS upgrades, enhance self‑service features and reduce manual processes.
• Manage user access, permissions and audit compliance for Oracle HRMS and GEMS.
• Develop user guides and deliver training on new Oracle modules to global teams.
• Generate accurate statistical reports and data extracts for senior management and audit requirements.
• Design and configure core HR IT solutions, including complex leave‑approval hierarchies and entitlement rules.
• Collaborate with IT project teams and business stakeholders on business analysis, solution design and gap remediation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR systems implementation or support.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP/HRMS environments.
