HVAC Technician

About the role

Accor is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join the maintenance team at its Ibis and Adagio Aparthotels in Doha. You will ensure that all heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems operate efficiently, providing a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning ducts, filters, checking for leaks and refilling refrigerant.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC malfunctions, replace defective parts and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Execute mechanical and electrical work to the highest professional standards throughout the hotel.
• Maintain stock levels of spare parts and order supplies when required.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures and attend scheduled training sessions.
• Adhere to grooming standards and cooperate with other departments.

Required profile

• Secondary school education plus technical college or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in air‑conditioning or refrigeration installation and maintenance.
• Experience in industrial or commercial projects; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
