Hygiene Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Hygiene Supervisor will ensure that all food and beverage operations at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha meet the highest hygiene and food safety standards, supporting the resort’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily hygiene inspections across kitchen, service, and storage areas.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to implement food safety procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for external regulatory reviews.
• Train staff on proper food handling practices and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s food safety regulations and international best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food safety or hygiene supervision within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with local food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality setting.
