In-Room Dining Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking an enthusiastic In‑Room Dining Manager to lead its luxury room‑service operation. This senior position oversees daily service delivery, creates memorable dining experiences, and collaborates with culinary and F&B teams in a fast‑paced, high‑end hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the In‑Room Dining department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Create exceptional, personalized dining experiences for guests.
• Coach, develop and motivate the IRD team to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, performance, and departmental budgets.
• Control operational costs, productivity and ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with Culinary, F&B and other departments to guarantee seamless operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service recovery actions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in In‑Room Dining or Food & Beverage within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and room‑service operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a guest‑focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
