About the role
The In‑Room Dining Order Taker provides personalized, high‑quality service to guests by accurately taking food and beverage orders and ensuring seamless delivery to guest rooms at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and record in‑room dining orders using the hotel’s ordering system.
- Communicate orders promptly to the kitchen and beverage outlets.
- Coordinate with service staff to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
- Address guest inquiries, modifications, and special requests with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate order logs and handle billing procedures.
- Uphold the brand’s service standards and hygiene protocols.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with kitchen and service teams.
