Information Technology Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Information Technology Supervisor to lead the IT operations within our hospitality environment. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning and security of all computer hardware, software, and related systems while delivering high‑quality support to our guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operation and security of all computer hardware, ensuring proper functionality.
• Serve as the primary contact for servicing computers, printers, telephone systems and other equipment.
• Maintain inventory of office and computer supplies and keep hardware/software logs up to date.
• Document hardware configurations, inventory, and telephone system (MPT lines) settings.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems and key‑lock systems.
• Manage user access requests and authorizations for Windows 2000, email, Opera, Micros and Novell.
• Respond promptly to user support requests and provide effective solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory IT role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Excellent English communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work calmly under pressure.
