About the role
MetLife is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join its Doha team. The role focuses on selling individual insurance, investment and savings products while building and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast‑paced financial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell life, health and general insurance solutions to individual customers.
- Identify prospects, conduct needs analysis and present tailored financial products.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of underwriting guidelines and insurance regulations.
- Provide ongoing client support and nurture long‑term relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- Currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable visa.
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in life, health or general lines.
- Relevant insurance certifications or licenses are a plus.
Required skills
- Insurance and financial product sales expertise.
- Customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Effective use of CRM and pipeline management processes.
- Understanding of underwriting practices and insurance regulations.
- Target‑driven performance mindset.
