Investment Director – Education Platform

About the role

This senior position sits within a global alternative investment platform that is launching a dedicated mandate focused on education assets. The role will shape the investment strategy, lead deal execution and drive growth of the education vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and execute investment opportunities in the education sector.
• Lead underwriting, financial modeling, structuring and negotiation of transactions.
• Steward portfolio companies and monitor performance post‑investment.
• Define and refine the overall strategy as the education platform scales.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams across private equity, infrastructure and real assets.

Required profile

• Seasoned investor at Director or Principal level with a strong track record in private equity, sector‑focused funds or investment banking.
• Proven experience in origination and execution of complex deals, preferably within education or related ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently and influence strategy in a fast‑growing environment.
• Willingness to start in Q4 2026 and relocate to Doha.
