IT & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

A diversified regional business group operating across several sectors and offices in the region is hiring an IT & Digital Transformation Manager in Doha. The role builds and leads a centralised technology function covering infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise applications, with a monthly salary of QAR 60,000+ (negotiable based on seniority and experience).

Key responsibilities

• Own the group's IT strategy and annual technology budget.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud and networks across international offices.
• Build and run the cybersecurity programme, including incident response.
• Manage enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI tools.
• Support technology integration across business functions and identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage SLAs across the IT stack.
• Lead the internal IT team and coordinate external consultants.

Required profile

• 5-12 years leading IT operations or digital transformation across multiple units.
• Track record building cybersecurity policy and incident response processes.
• Degree from an EU or US accredited university.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Exposure to technology used in project-based or asset-heavy industries is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI platforms.
• Vendor negotiation and SLA management experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring an internal IT team.
