IT Project Manager – Asset & Wealth Management

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of technology initiatives within its Asset & Wealth Management division. The role focuses on delivering projects that span front‑office, middle‑office and back‑office systems while ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IT projects from initiation to closure using the company’s project management methodology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors to guarantee contractual compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional IT teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver project initiation, status, and closure reports on schedule.
• Communicate project updates and risks to senior management promptly.
• Control project scope, mitigate risks, and ensure financial targets are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience with Asset & Wealth Management products such as Avaloq, Finastra TCM, and Temenos.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong English communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Self‑driven leader with decision‑making and financial management capabilities.
