IT Server & Storage Technology Manager

About the role

The position is for a Manager IT Server & Storage Technology based in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on data centre, server and storage technologies.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior/lead or manager role with a strong focus on data centre, server, and storage technologies
• Relevant professional certifications such as VMWare, Nutanix, Red Hat, Microsoft Azure, etc.
• Experience designing and implementing server and storage solutions in large‑scale enterprise environments
• Good knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) design, RPO/RTO with enterprise backup and recovery solutions
• Experience in cloud architectures, platforms and hybrid cloud integration
• Experience migrating IT services across data centres
• Knowledge across network, data centre, virtualization, cloud, backup and storage
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based service delivery processes and ISO 20000 / ISO 27001 standards
