About the role
As a Kitchens Dispatch Support Lead you will coordinate the timely dispatch of food orders from cloud kitchens to riders, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end delivery experience. The role requires close collaboration with kitchen staff, riders, suppliers and customer service teams while maintaining high standards of food safety and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and train the dispatch team, ensuring shift checklists (opening, mid, closing) are completed.
- Manage order dispatch from operating partners to riders, resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen KPIs, tech and internet connectivity, and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular food safety checks, audits and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Maintain performance metrics such as FIR, AVTC, Vendor Delay, and Vendor Net Fail.
- Communicate accurately and promptly between customers, riders and dispatchers.
- Report and rectify operational problems during shifts.
Required profile
- Native Arabic speaker.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch operations or logistics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
