Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Laundry Attendant will support the resort’s Laundry Department by ensuring all linens and guest clothing are processed efficiently and to a high standard. This role is essential for delivering the memorable hospitality experience expected by guests at the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Collect soiled linens and clothing from guest rooms and public areas.
• Sort laundry items by colour and fabric type.
• Apply appropriate stain‑treatment methods.
• Operate washing and drying machines, including dry‑cleaning equipment.
• Coordinate workflow between the production and dry‑cleaning sections of the department.

Required profile

• New graduate or minimum three‑month training in Housekeeping or Laundry.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fair English communication ability.
• Strong eye for detail.
