Laundry Valet

About the role

The Laundry Valet provides premium laundry and clothing services to guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival through departure. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a friendly attitude, strong guest‑service focus, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with safe unloading of their items.
• Deliver clean laundry and clothing to guest rooms promptly.
• Respond quickly to requests from guests, Front Desk, and service teams.
• Monitor cleanliness and appearance of laundry and dry‑cleaning areas.
• Complete valet tickets accurately and coordinate repairs or pick‑ups as needed.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional uniform, and protect company assets.
• Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette and prepare written documents accurately.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting items up to 10 lb and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related housekeeping or laundry experience.
• Excellent guest‑service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to quality standards.
