Leadership Coach – Freelance Contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Coach on a freelance basis to support the development of leaders, managers and high‑potential employees in Doha, Qatar. The role starts immediately and runs for six months.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one and group leadership coaching sessions.
• Develop tailored coaching and leadership development plans.
• Support leaders in improving communication, decision‑making and people‑management skills.
• Coach leaders through organisational change and transformation.
• Help employees build resilience and adapt effectively to change.
• Partner with HR and management to identify leadership development needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Proven experience in leadership or executive coaching, preferably with senior leaders.
• Professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of change management, resilience and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability to start.
