About the role
As the Learning Manager at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, you will act as a role model for team members, guiding their professional growth from day one. You will design, monitor and deliver individual development plans and training programmes that enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor individual development plans for all team members.
- Organise and facilitate training activities and learning opportunities.
- Support the Property Leadership Team with advice on skill and capability improvement.
- Ensure learning initiatives align with the resort’s customer‑service standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a learning function.
- Experience in adult learning environments and managing diverse cultures.
- Hotel operation experience is preferred.
- Self‑motivated with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong facilitation, communication (English) and presentation skills.
- Excellent project and process management, analytical and strategic thinking.
- Detail‑oriented with strong execution and follow‑up capabilities.
