Leasing Consultant – Residential Leasing

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will manage the full residential leasing cycle for Privé Group Real Estate in Doha, from lead generation to move‑in and ongoing client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to property enquiries, qualify clients and match them with suitable residential units.
• Arrange and conduct professional viewings, negotiate rental terms and prepare tenancy documentation.
• Coordinate tenant screening, deposits, inventories, check‑ins, renewals and terminations with the Property Management team.
• Support rent follow‑up, maintenance coordination and resolve landlord or tenant enquiries.
• Contribute to property marketing, lead generation, CRM management and business development to increase occupancy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential leasing, brokerage or property management.
• Strong knowledge of Doha’s residential market, locations, property types and rental values.
• Proven sales, negotiation and closing abilities with a client‑focused approach.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Eligibility to work full‑time on‑site in Qatar.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or lead‑management systems.
• Familiarity with property portals such as Property Finder or Qatar Living.
