Lighting Designer

About the role

Power International Holding is seeking a Lighting Designer with strong procurement expertise to bridge technical design and commercial sourcing. You will select luminaires from leading international brands, ensure they meet project specifications, and secure competitive pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Source architectural and decorative lighting products from international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets, and negotiate pricing.
• Review lighting specifications, datasheets, and material submittals for project compliance.
• Perform lighting calculations and assess illumination levels against standards.
• Track purchase orders, material availability, and delivery schedules through to completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
• Solid knowledge of leading international architectural and decorative lighting brands.
• Strong technical understanding of lighting calculations, illumination requirements, and lighting control systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

Required skills

• DIALux / DIALux evo proficiency.
• Ability to interpret lighting specifications, product datasheets, and technical submittals.
