About the role
The Visual Merchandiser enhances product appeal in stores by creatively arranging items to attract customers. Using design principles, they craft enticing displays that align with the brand image and improve the overall shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Implement effective display and merchandising strategies to boost sales and visual appeal of store windows.
- Use props, signage, and lighting to create attractive product arrangements.
- Maintain and manage window booking schedules.
- Develop display ideas to attract customers, promote sales, and highlight slow‑moving items.
- Arrange furniture and merchandise according to pre‑planned layouts.
- Supervise the requisition and construction of decorative materials such as wood, plastic, paper, and glass.
Required profile
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Zero to one year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong product knowledge.
