Logistics Coordinator – Offshore & Subsea Projects

About the role

Airswift is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage offshore and subsea logistics operations for a major oil & gas client in Doha. The role acts as the central liaison between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of logistics activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise offshore and subsea logistics operations, including vessel suitability and mobilization readiness.
• Provide offshore installation support and manage marine logistics to meet project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, marine regulations, and safety requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface between project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Support project delivery from FEED through execution, monitoring performance and addressing issues promptly.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or Higher National Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent).
• Certification in Nautical Science, Marine Logistics, offshore or port operations is an advantage.
• 8‑10 years of experience in offshore capital‑project logistics management and coordination.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑national, multi‑cultural contractor teams.
• Strong analytical and IT skills with the capacity to work under pressure.
