Manager - Contract & Commercial Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead contract and commercial compliance for subsea and offshore operations. The role ensures that all activities adhere to contractual, legal, regulatory and company standards while protecting commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure subsea/offshore operations comply with contracts, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and communicate project charters, RACI matrices, CTRs and delivery plans before kick‑off.
• Monitor contract execution against the charter, budget and CTR.
• Manage pre‑ and post‑tender pricing, clarifications and master filing.
• Lead arbitration on contract interpretation to preserve value and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate information flow among Operations, Chartering, Engineering, Construction, Planning, Economics, Marine, Technical and Crew Manning.
• Communicate resource requirements and ensure early availability for project mobilisation.
• Negotiate commercial decisions to achieve best value with lowest risk during tender and contract execution.
• Assist with bid pricing, maintain costing databases and review contract documentation for compliance.
• Participate in audits, inspections and operational reviews to ensure adherence to HSE, quality and financial standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Finance or Engineering Management; PMP certification is a plus.
• 6‑8 years of experience in oil & gas, marine or EPCIC contracting, contract management or cost analysis.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project management applications.
