Marketing Manager – International School

About the role

Compass International School Doha is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic and operational marketing initiatives across its two campuses. The role will drive student recruitment, enhance brand visibility, and foster community engagement while collaborating closely with Admissions and school leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, annual and multi‑year marketing strategies aligned with enrolment targets and school priorities.
• Plan, execute and evaluate integrated campaigns across digital, print, out‑of‑home and event channels.
• Oversee digital presence, content creation, and brand compliance across multiple campuses.
• Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with the Admissions team to generate, convert and nurture leads, ensuring a seamless parent experience.
• Maintain adherence to Nord Anglia brand standards, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Provide flexible support for events and business needs outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual Arabic/English highly preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing and campaign execution, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with admissions, school leadership and regional teams.
• Ability to adapt working hours to meet event and business demands.
