Masseuse – Luxury Hotel Spa

About the role

The Masseuse provides professional massage and wellness treatments within the hotel’s luxury spa, ensuring exceptional guest service that aligns with Radisson’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage therapies for guests.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and assist with spa reception duties when needed.
• Promote spa services, handle guest inquiries, and monitor supplies and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and comply with hotel policies, health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or related field.
• Valid Massage Therapist License or government‑approved certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a masseuse in a hotel, resort, spa or wellness centre; five‑star experience preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, strong attention to hygiene, and ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
