About the role

GEMS Wellington School – Qatar is seeking an inspirational Mathematics teacher to join its secondary team. The successful candidate will deliver GCSE/IGCSE and A Level Mathematics to a diverse student body, fostering a love of mathematics and high achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons for GCSE/IGCSE and A Level Mathematics.
• Implement evidence‑based pedagogy and the Teach Like a GEM approach.
• Contribute to the wider extracurricular programme to support holistic student development.
• Collaborate with fellow specialists to maintain high academic standards.
• Maintain accurate records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Required skills

• Experience teaching GCSE/IGCSE Mathematics.
