Maximo/EAMS Technician

About the role

Egis is seeking a detail‑oriented Maximo/EAMS Technician to join its Doha team. You will manage and optimise the Enterprise Asset Management System to support efficient maintenance operations and improve asset reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot IBM Maximo or a comparable EAMS platform.
• Create and manage work orders, preventive‑maintenance schedules and asset records.
• Generate reports, analyse data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure accurate, timely data entry.
• Provide technical support and training to end‑users on EAMS functionality.
• Implement system upgrades, enhancements and maintain database performance.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for EAMS processes.
• Assist in integrating EAMS with other business systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience with IBM Maximo or a similar Enterprise Asset Management system.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and maintenance practices.
• Experience in industrial or facilities‑maintenance environments.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
