Mechanical Foreman - STP Site

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Mechanical Foreman for its Al Shamal STP site in Al Shamal, Doha. The foreman supervises preservation and maintenance activities and the workmen, plans and oversees the daily tasks of the maintenance team, and ensures compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preservation and maintenance activities and the workmen at the Al Shamal STP site.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols.
• Plan, organize and oversee the daily planned tasks of the maintenance team.
• Conduct inspections and provide reports on equipment status.
• Upload photos of completed maintenance works and submit reports through the EAMS portal.
• Carry out inspections with stakeholders and clients during their visits to the plant.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance of static and rotary equipment.
• Minimum qualification: ITI certification in Mechanical or a related field.
• Ability to manage a team of 15 people, assign tasks, monitor and control site activities, and upload reports as guided by the engineer.
• Prior GCC or operations and maintenance (O&M) experience is an advantage.
