About the role

The Membership Sales Coordinator will be a key member of the Recreation Department, responsible for growing and managing the membership base of our exclusive recreational facilities. This position combines sales expertise with a passion for delivering luxury hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the recreational facilities, highlighting benefits and unique features to prospective members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current members, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the Recreation team to plan and execute promotional events and special offers.
• Monitor membership sales performance and prepare reports on sales activities, growth, and market trends.
• Provide exceptional service to members, ensuring experiences align with the hotel’s high standards of luxury.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position membership programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within luxury hospitality or recreational sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional conduct with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings.
