Monitoring Operator – Real‑Time Broadcast Content

About the role

The Monitoring Operator ensures real‑time oversight of television and media channels, censoring content to meet company policies, regulatory standards, and client expectations. Assigned up to six channels, the operator works in a 24/7 shift environment, maintaining high focus and rapid response.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor assigned TV or media channels for non‑compliant content.
• Identify and flag inappropriate material according to established guidelines.
• Document incidents and generate clear reports for senior staff.
• Escalate critical issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain and operate broadcast monitoring equipment and related software.
• Adhere to shift schedules and maintain consistent performance during extended monitoring periods.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in monitoring, broadcast operations, or content moderation.
• Hands‑on experience with live TV or media monitoring systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a 24/7 shift‑based environment.
• Effective communication and reporting capabilities.
• Basic technical knowledge of broadcast monitoring equipment and software.
• Ability to stay focused for long periods and solve problems quickly.
