Multiple Hyperscale Data Center Roles – Qatar & Saudi Arabia

About the role

Mannai Corporation is expanding its regional footprint and seeks experienced professionals to join MEP and ELV project teams delivering hyperscale data center infrastructure in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The roles cover the full project lifecycle from planning through commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards and project deliverables.
• Review engineering drawings, technical submittals and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards and applicable codes.
• Manage site activities, resolve technical and operational issues.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, procurement and material coordination.
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hyperscale data centers, mission‑critical facilities or complex MEP infrastructure projects.
• 5–15+ years of relevant experience, depending on the position.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with international standards and industry best practices.
