Multiple Senior Roles – Data Center Construction Projects (Qatar)

About the role

Join a leading organization delivering large‑scale, mission‑critical data centre infrastructure across the region. Multiple senior positions are open for experienced professionals to design, build, and commission state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and delivery of data centre construction projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, codes and safety regulations.
• Review engineering drawings, technical submittals and construction documentation.
• Manage site activities, resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Participate in testing, commissioning and hand‑over activities.
• Prepare progress reports, project updates and technical documentation.
• Support procurement, material management and vendor coordination.
• Maintain focus on quality, safety, reliability and project excellence.

Required profile

• 5–15+ years of experience in data centre construction or critical infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven track record on mission‑critical facilities, large commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Experience with international standards and best practices.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, OSHA, NEBOSH, Autodesk BIM are advantageous.
