About the role
The Night Shift Leader will oversee guest experience operations during the overnight hours at Al Samriya Autograph Collection. This role ensures that guests receive seamless, memorable service while maintaining safety, quality, and brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete nightly reports.
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies.
- Protect company assets, uphold confidentiality, and ensure professional appearance and communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
