OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) – Security Escort Specialist

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) provides security escort services for un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel working on overseas sites. You will ensure safe entry, monitoring, and exit of personnel and vehicles while maintaining strict compliance with base regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Escort un‑cleared LN/OCN personnel into work zones and monitor them until duties are completed.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel and vehicles before and after work.
• Notify project managers and safety staff of personnel counts, unsafe conditions, or suspicious behavior.
• Ensure escorted individuals do not bring prohibited or contraband items onto the base.
• Maintain visual contact with all escorted personnel and vehicles at all times.
• Provide safety measures, including evacuation to protective shelters if needed.
• Enforce proper housekeeping and alert readiness standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a valid Residency Visa in the host nation.
• Valid U.S. passport (preferred) and a clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Compliance with all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy requirements.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (dust, high temperatures) and endure long hours.
• 100% overseas deployment travel.
• Security clearance: NACI/Public Trust.
