职位概况
在万豪国际的多哈珍珠岛酒店担任执行销售，负责提升收入并维护客人忠诚度，提供高质量的销售服务。
主要职责
- 通过电话、传真或邮件处理所有预订请求、变更和取消。
- 使用销售技巧实现收入最大化，并进行追加销售和交叉销售。
- 为客人提供积分、演出票、礼品券等赠送服务。
- 处理Marriott Rewards积分的兑换请求。
- 完成一般办公室事务，如文件归档、邮件发送、打字和传真。
- 协助管理层培训和激励员工，树立榜样。
- 遵守公司政策，维护专业形象，保密公司信息。
任职要求
- 高中毕业或同等学历（如GED）。
- 至少2年相关工作经验。
- 无管理经验要求。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和专业礼仪。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件进行预订和信息录入。
- 具备客户服务和销售技巧。
