Operations Control Center Agent - Catering

About the role

Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC), one of the world's largest flight catering facilities, is looking for an Operations Control Center Agent in Doha. The agent supports the coordination of catering operations by ensuring customer requests are accurately processed and managed in the operational systems, helping maintain efficiency, support flight schedules and keep stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Receive scheduled airline passenger and crew loads and special meal requests by email and enter them into SharePoint so operational departments can act on them.
• Communicate short-notice passenger load changes and urgent catering requests to all concerned departments.
• Update revised flight schedules, passenger loads and special meal requests in the ERP system to generate operational reports and catering delivery notes.
• Reconcile daily catering delivery notes so all services provided are correctly recorded for invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on operational and manual requests.
• Ensure timely preparation and distribution of cabin crew handover documentation.
• Monitor and manage departmental email communications according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and update operational records and referral documents in SharePoint.
• Support operational teams during disruptions and emergencies.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least 1 year of job-related experience, or a bachelor's degree or equivalent with no prior work experience.
• Preferred: HACCP certification, airline security training, experience handling food products and exposure to airline catering procedures.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
