Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. The role combines deep functional expertise with strong project leadership to design and deploy scalable supply‑chain solutions that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM projects from discovery through go‑live, covering scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Act as the primary functional expert for Fusion SCM modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing and related integrations.
• Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows and interfaces that optimise performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations and PMO teams to ensure delivery within scope, timeline and budget.
• Develop data migration strategies, cut‑over plans and user‑training programmes.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and run design workshops to capture future‑state processes.
• Provide leadership in issue resolution, risk management and escalation handling during delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute reusable assets, templates and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Hands‑on expertise in one or more Fusion SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning).
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes and best practices.
• Proven track record delivering full‑lifecycle ERP cloud projects for mid‑size to large enterprises.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Oracle Fusion SCM certifications are a plus.

• Oracle Integration Cloud and third‑party integration experience.
• SQL basics, data mapping and functional debugging.
• Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
