Outdoor Dining Manager

About the role

The Outdoor Dining Manager oversees all outdoor restaurant and bar areas in a busy hospitality venue in Doha. This full‑time position is responsible for daily operations, guest experience, and financial performance of the outdoor service spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the outdoor restaurant and bar, ensuring service and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver quality offerings.
• Support servers and hosts during peak periods and step in to perform duties when needed.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedule employees, and ensure labor costs align with financial targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering a culture of trust and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and local liquor laws.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs to improve service and operational efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, sanitation standards, and liquor regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial performance and implement improvement actions.
• Excellent communication, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
