Outlets Manager

About the role

The Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated food and beverage outlet within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant. The role ensures that service standards, guest experience, and commercial targets are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Maintain a strong floor presence during service periods to supervise staff, engage with guests, and ensure service excellence.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings covering reservations, menu updates, promotions, and sales targets.
• Monitor staffing levels, prepare duty rosters, and assign responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization activities.
• Coordinate with culinary and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Perform regular outlet inspections, manage maintenance requests, and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Outlet Manager or in a comparable managerial role within a luxury hotel or high‑quality restaurant.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with banquet operations is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation and hotel management systems.
