Padel Coach – Immediate Start in Qatar

About the role

Padel One Sports is seeking an experienced and passionate Padel Coach to join its growing academy in Qatar. You will deliver high‑quality private and group sessions, support daily academy operations, and help expand the region’s fast‑growing padel community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver private and group coaching sessions for players of all levels.
• Support the daily operation of the academy and ensure an excellent player experience.
• Assist with the organization and execution of leagues, tournaments and special events.
• Maintain courts and coaching equipment in optimal condition.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
• Proven experience coaching padel or similar racket sports across different skill levels.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Comfortable working with both individual athletes and groups.
• Experience in event or tournament organization is a plus.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of QAR 10,000 with additional coaching hours paid at QAR 100 per hour.
• One‑year renewable fixed‑term contract with a six‑month probation period.
