Part Time SAP MM/FICO Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/FICO trainer to deliver instructor‑led sessions for corporate and public audiences on a part‑time basis. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP implementation expertise with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, hands‑on learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led SAP MM and SAP FICO training for corporate and public batches.
• Develop and customize training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and case studies.
• Conduct hands‑on demonstrations and real‑world business scenario simulations.
• Assess participant progress through assignments, practical exercises, and evaluations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to learners throughout the training program.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA functionalities and best practices.
• Support curriculum enhancement based on client and participant requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP consulting/implementation experience in SAP MM and/or SAP FICO.
• Prior experience delivering corporate or professional training programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex SAP concepts for learners with varying levels of experience.
• Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate (MM and/or FICO) and experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
