Power BI Developer – Business Intelligence (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with 7‑8 years of expertise in Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform to join our team in Qatar. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining interactive dashboards, automating business processes and integrating solutions with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create Power Apps applications and automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and optimise DAX queries, data models and SQL queries.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs and other systems.
• Perform data analysis, transformation and ETL processes.
• Ensure performance optimisation and security compliance of BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, workflows and applications.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Power BI development.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Good knowledge of DAX, SQL and data modelling.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and database management.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
