Primary Teacher – International School

About the role

Nord Anglia International School Al Khor is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join its supportive team. You will deliver a high‑quality, bilingual curriculum to students aged 3‑11, blending the English National Curriculum with Qatar’s Ministry of Education requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of primary students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment data and reporting.
• Contribute to school development plans, policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use student tracking systems to monitor achievement and inform instructional decisions.
• Act as an ambassador for the school, communicating its mission and values to the wider community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, plus PGCE or Qualified Teacher Status.
• Minimum of two years proven teaching experience in a primary setting.
• Commitment to professional development and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural environment.
