Product Coordinator – Supplier & Portfolio Management

About the role

The Product Coordinator supports QRH sales and operations by sourcing, contracting and managing suppliers to deliver competitive, high‑quality products. The role ensures product readiness, pricing and availability across destinations and customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and manage supplier relationships in line with QRH product strategy, ensuring optimal positioning and competitive pricing.
• Support the QRH product plan by maintaining a balanced portfolio, analysing sales performance, market trends and competitor benchmarks, and implementing tactical offers and pricing adjustments.
• Manage end‑to‑end supplier contracting processes, including supplier setup in Oracle, contract administration and compliance with QRH policies.
• Ensure timely product inventory, rates and tactical offers to support sales initiatives, marketing campaigns and new destination launches.
• Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures, booking processes and financial terms while coordinating with system and data teams for accurate product loading.
• Produce accurate reporting on supplier performance, product production and sales trends to enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier relationship management and product portfolio oversight.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data, market trends and competitor benchmarks.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet commercial calendars.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance, process improvement and contractual governance.
