Project Manager – Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead road asset management projects in Doha, Qatar. You will be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet time, budget and quality targets while supporting the team throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with road authorities, maintenance contractors, traffic management teams and community representatives.
• Plan, organise and oversee all phases of road asset management projects, including condition assessments, maintenance delivery and asset renewal.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate emerging risks related to infrastructure deterioration, traffic disruption, safety and environmental constraints.
• Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, monitor maintenance costs, capital expenditure and whole‑life asset costs, and provide accurate financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain asset management schedules, maintenance programmes and renewal timelines, tracking progress and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of asset engineers, maintenance crews, traffic specialists and data analysts to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing road asset management or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data, assess risks and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting and reporting.
• Leadership capability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
