Service Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Site Manager to lead the delivery of site services for substations and electrical systems. The role involves overseeing safety, quality and schedule compliance while acting as the primary on‑site liaison with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all site service activities for substations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and field personnel, providing direction, monitoring progress and enforcing quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Plan, document and execute site activities, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and implementing mitigation actions.
• Serve as the main on‑site interface with customers and internal stakeholders, delivering clear communication, reporting and timely escalation of concerns.
• Drive service projects from planning through completion, aligning with customer expectations, timelines and project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, site service management or related areas.
• Proven experience with substations and electrical systems, preferably on Kahramaa projects.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
