Project Manager – Headquarters Relocation

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of the Company’s Headquarters Relocation Project. This role ensures that every phase—from design through construction, fit‑out, relocation and hand‑over—is completed on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the complete relocation project, monitoring timelines, budget and quality.
• Lead and coordinate complex interfaces with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, government authorities and landlord representatives.
• Oversee project governance, stakeholder alignment and executive reporting, managing schedules, risks, dependencies and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, quality, safety, regulatory and operational standards, including lease administration and variation management.
• Manage procurement, commercial activities and project budgets, providing cost control and forecasting.
• Develop, maintain and control comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce the final project report, capturing lessons learned and delivering project close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership across all project stages, from design to hand‑over.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and drive decision‑making.
• Strong governance and reporting skills, with experience handling project controls.
• Proven capability to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
