Proposal Coordinator

About the role

The Proposal Coordinator will lead the end‑to‑end process of preparing, submitting and following up on business proposals, tenders and bids. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure that all responses to RFPs, RFQs and client requirements are delivered on time, meet quality standards and comply with company and client guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full proposal development cycle from initial request through to final submission.
• Review RFP/RFQ documents, extract key requirements, deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary inputs and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
• Maintain version control, consistency across all proposal documents, and track submission deadlines.
• Assist with pricing coordination and preparation of commercial documentation.
• Support post‑submission activities such as clarifications, presentations and negotiations.
• Maintain records of submitted proposals and conduct win/loss analysis.
• Continuously improve proposal processes, tools and templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, bid management or a similar role.
• Experience with tenders, RFPs and government or corporate bid processes is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Salesforce or other proposal management software.
